Michal Willman

Michal is a former D1 Volleyball player. She is currently playing professional volleyball for the Midwest Magic in the VLA league. She is a fitness enthusiasts and loves working out with her Husband Tyler. She is also working to become a personal trainer.

Tyler Willman

Tyler is all about that Christian life and couldn't be more thankful for the blessings he's got. He got his fitness journey kickstarted in high school for sports, kept up the hustle as a collage baseball player, and now he's all about that lifestyle fitness grind! He is also married to Michal 😀

Randy Rodriguez

Currant Law Enforcement Officer (18 years) and SWAT Team Leader (11 years), Husband and Father of 2. Started CrossFit in 2018 and have been exclusively training in functional fitness since. Former High School Track Athlete who advanced to State. Currently a Blue Belt in Jui-Jitsu and working towards Black Belt. As a law enforcement officer and SWAT operator I take fitness very seriously since we are the last line of defense for our community.

Gabriana McVey

Gabriana is a Law Enforcement Officer. Her first year into law enforcement she was involved in a serious car accident that left her immobilized for almost 6 months. During that time she focused hard to become stronger each day mentally and physically. 

After recovering, she continued to make fitness a priority and strived to work towards reaching her goals and start body building despite all that happend.

2023 she will be competing in the NPC Championship Bikini show.

Something to remember: Be so proud of how far you’ve come and never stop pushing to be the best you can be.

Hunter Keith

Hunter is a trainer based in KS. After being overweight for years he went through a massive transformation and is now in the best shape of his life. He uses the knowledge he has gained to teach other how they can achieve their goals and shed the weight of for good.
